She has 25 years of experience in providing education and training on alcohol policy issues. Penny is a nationally recognized speaker and recipient of the Dr. John D. Slade Memorial Award for Advocacy on Alcohol Issues.

She serves as a member of the management staff for FACE - Resources, Training and Action on Alcohol Issues as well as Creative Director for the organization. Her work for FACE began in 1992 and focuses on using national research to create innovative communications that educate and motivate people to take action on alcohol issues.
