The New York State Office of Alcoholism and Substance Abuse Services (OASAS), together with FACE - Resources, Training and Action on Alcohol Issues, developed and produced a media campaign targeted to every college and university in the state of New York. This innovative collaboration provided materials specifically for the underage college population with strategies for conducting an effective media and awareness campaign on each campus. The goal of this campaign was to send a clear and consistent message to students that underage alcohol use is indeed not a minor problem.
